Aldyva Ferdianza is a businessman and investor who is the Vice Secretary General of Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) Bandung City, as well as managing Badan Otonom Law HIPMI Bandung City that provides law services and solutions for the association and Badan Otonom Pengusaha Muda Prioritas HIPMI Bandung City who has the responsibility handling the association’s recruitment program and had recruited directly more than 100 young entrepreneurs.

In legal and business issues, he has the competence in Non-litigation or Alternative Dispute Resolution, advising on and obtaining Government Approvals, negotiating, reviewing, and drafting Contracts and Legal Documents for various corporate and commercial transactions, specially all in business and legal environment.

Specified in the expertise of Corruption and International Criminal Law, he is a member of Advisory Committee Collective Action Initiative Against Corruption (CAC) Indonesia and was a Bachelor of Law from Parahyangan Catholic University.
